1. Identification
IAcademy is a product of IAcademy (in formation). Registration with the Companies Registry is pending. Tax identification number pending. Domicile: Spain. Contact: [email protected]
2. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the IAcademy educational platform, including:
- Online courses with modules, videos and downloadable resources.
- Blog articles and free educational content.
- Quizzes and knowledge assessments.
- Certificates of completion.
- Free content available without registration or payment.
3. Registration and access
- Free access (modules 01-03) requires email registration.
- Paid access requires purchasing the corresponding level through Stripe.
- Quizzes and certificates associated with free content are available without prior registration.
- Free modules do not require payment.
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing, redistributing or reselling course content is not permitted.
4. Pricing and payments
- Prices are shown in EUR (euros).
- VAT: The prices shown include VAT (21%) for customers in Spain and the EU. The reverse-charge mechanism applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number. VAT does not apply to customers outside the EU.
- Payment is a one-time charge (not a subscription).
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. IAcademy does not store credit card data.
- Access is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
- Invoices: You may request an invoice by emailing [email protected] with your tax details (name or company name, tax identification number and tax address).
5. Right of withdrawal
Under applicable consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
Exception for digital content: By accessing digital content (modules, videos and downloadable resources), you agree to lose the right of withdrawal for content already consumed, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
For content not accessed, the corresponding amount will be refunded in full.
Step-by-step process:
- Email [email protected] with your name, registration email and reason (optional).
- You will receive confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
- We will verify the content accessed and calculate the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method.
Legal guarantee for lack of conformity
In addition to the right of withdrawal, digital content and services are covered by the legal guarantee established in the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Articles 114 et seq.). If the content does not conform to what was agreed, you may require it to be brought into conformity, request a price reduction or terminate the contract, within the time limits and under the conditions established by law.
This guarantee is independent of any commercial condition, cannot be reduced or excluded by agreement and does not replace the right of withdrawal described in the preceding section.
6. Intellectual property
- All IAcademy content (text, videos, PDFs, code and designs) is the property of IAcademy.
- By purchasing, you acquire a personal-use licence, not ownership of the content.
- You may use what you learn in your professional projects without restriction.
- You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from course content for commercial purposes.
- Some IAcademy content (blog articles and supplementary material) was created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. All content has been reviewed, edited and verified by the editorial team.
- Generated certificates are for personal use and do not constitute official accreditation or an academic qualification.
7. Certificates
- IAcademy certificates confirm completion of the course and successful completion of its assessments.
- They do not constitute an official qualification, professional accreditation or certification recognised by any public body.
- Their validity is that of a private, non-regulated training document.
- IAcademy is not responsible for how students use their certificates.
8. AI-assisted content
- IAcademy uses AI tools (Claude and ChatGPT) to assist in creating educational content.
- All content is reviewed and validated by professionals before publication.
- Data, figures and recommendations are for guidance. Students are responsible for verifying information before applying it in professional contexts.
10. Updates
The course is updated periodically. Updates are included in the price for purchasers of the corresponding pack.
11. Limitation of liability
IAcademy is an educational resource. Results depend on individual application. We do not guarantee specific productivity, income or professional performance results.
IAcademy is not responsible for professional, business or financial decisions made on the basis of course content.
Use of the AI tools mentioned in the course (Claude Code, ChatGPT, n8n, etc.) is subject to each provider's terms and conditions. IAcademy is not responsible for changes to the availability, pricing or functionality of those tools.
12. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of the city where the data controller is domiciled.
You can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated by email to registered users and will take effect 30 days after notification.
